Shipping & Returns

We use standard UK postal services for letters and packets, and ParcelForce for parcels. We hold a small amount of stock of some of our more popular items, but most things will be made to order. Because of this we normally ship items within 7-14 days, though at busy times it may take up to 28 days. Do let us know if you need something urgently, we will always do our best.

We believe very strongly in what we do and want you to be equally happy with your Morris Nash products. We are happy to exchange or refund unsuitable items, as long as they are still in pristine condition. If you have already received your goods, please contact us via email for all returns in order to obtain a Returns Code, and ship goods back to us within 28 days. Otherwise, an email or a phone call should be enough for us to cancel your order before it is sent.
